Intern Profile - Shelley Harris-Strimaitis
"This summer I am interning with the City of Williamsburg Economic Development office. I am focused on tourism development for the city and have been working on the newly established Tourism Development Grant as well as creating new policy and application processes for the city's Special Event Grant. As part of the city's shift towards multifaceted tourism, I am looking for ways of presenting all the amenities that Williamsburg offers to visitors and am helping promote the area as a top location for businesses." - Shelley Harris-Strimaitis, MPP'20
