 Monday: Kick-off

Stop by our table in Sadler to learn about the week events and enjoy some free baked goods!

Tuesday: Latino Art
Terrace 11:00am to 2:00pm

Enjoy our celebration of Latino artists whose music has inspired our generation while adding to our collage of Identity

Wednesday: "Seeking an Identity" Storytelling

Tidewater B 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Come hear stories of students' experiences with their Latino Identity. Have a story to tell? Sign up to be a storyteller by emailing us at lasuwm@gmail.com. You do not have to be of Latin American origin to participate--everyone is welcome!

Thursday: Film Screening
Tyler 201 7:00pm to 9:30pm

We will be screening of the Sundance crowd pleaser “Gun Hill Road,” a powerful look at the quest for identity within the Latino culture. The film will be followed by a discussion led by a WM Professor. 
Free snacks and drinks will be provided!

Friday: Tex/Mex Dinner
Tazwell Hall 7:00pm to 9:00pm

We will close the week with a celebration of Awareness Week. Join us for a free Tex/Mex dinner!
