AVS awards to Zhaozhu Li and Kaida Yang

Zhaozhu Li & Kaida YangCongratulations to Zhaozhu Li and Kaida Yang for winning awards for their talks from the AVS (American Vacuum Society). Zhaozhu Li (Physics Graduate Student) and Kaida Yang (Applied Science Graduate Student) respectively won awards from the "Vacuum Science" and the "Magnetic Interfaces and Nanostructures" Divisions of the AVS for their presentations at the 60th International AVS symposium in Long Beach, CA (Oct. 27-Nov. 1st, 2013). Zhaozhu's presentation title was "Photocathode Materials Able to Sustain High Currents" and Kaida's presentation title was "Nanocluster Size Effects in Au-Co Nanocomposite Thin Films: Correlated Non-linear Magneto-Optics and Magneto-Transport".
