Support Modern Languages

Your Support Opens Doors For Our Students

Your contribution to the Modern Languages and Literatures Department will help us offer our students the best possible learning experiences. Your donations can help fund departmental needs like faculty-mentored student research and field work in all language areas.  Recent opportunities funded through generous contributions include the work our students have done in Madrid mapping Civil War memories, on the U.S.-Mexico Border studying issues of migration and human rights, and on the St. Petersburg Research Project, where students do on-site  cultural studies research. You can help sponsor students in immersion experiences near and far, helping them prepare for a life of global citizenship.

You can contribute online now with your credit card, using our secure web server. The contribution form will be pre-selected to direct your gift to the Modern Languages and Literatures Department Expendable Fund, which gives us the most flexibility in meeting student and faculty needs.

Matching Gift Program

Many companies encourage employees, their families, and retirees to make charitable contributions by matching their philanthropic support. Matching gifts can double, or even triple, the impact of your igift. Your Human Resources office will be able to tell you if your employer has a matching gift program and provide details on how to secure the matched funds. You may also use the College's Matching Gift Search page to see if your company has a matching giving program.
