Danaé Maden, International Fellow representing the French House was born and raised in Reunion Island and this year will be her first experience in the U.S. She studied Anglophone and Reunionese creole literature, civilization and language for undergraduate studies and would like to continue in that field culminating with her PhD.
She loves cooking Reunionese dishes and can't wait to share them with the residents of the French House. Reunionese and proud, she is looking forward to sharing her francophone culture and history!
