Antoine Constantin Caille earned his Ph.D. in Francophone Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015 before teaching for two years at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His dissertation problematized the relationship between textuality and virtuality and has lead to a series of articles published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals. His research contributes to the fields of critical theory, 19th- and 20th-century French/Francophone literary criticism, visual arts, and cinema studies. Professor Caille is currently working on a book project at the intersection of media studies and social studies.
