Robert Mulcahy is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Russian at the College of William and Mary. His research interests include: Russian film and film adaptation, 20th and 21st century Russian culture, and Russian detective novels. He has previously taught courses in Russian literature, film, culture, and language. He is currently working on what will be the first book on the popular Erast Fandorin series of Boris Akunin, Russia’s best-selling author of detective fiction.
