The Department of Economics has more than twenty five full-time faculty members, all of whom hold a Ph.D. in Economics.  All faculty members are engaged in active research programs in their fields of study, which range from macroeconomic growth and international economics, to various specialized fields of microeconomics, such as environmental, experimental, industrial organization, and development.

The number and breadth of research projects by our faculty helps to enrich the classroom environment with current research questions and findings, and helps to provide excellent research opportunities for our undergraduate students.

In addition, the Department faculty also includes a number of adjunct and visiting instructors who help expand our courses offerings to students.
