Harriet Mayor Fulbright Summer Fellowship in Peace Studies

The Harriet Mayor Fulbright Summer Fellowship in Peace Studies supports summer research in international peace studies and conflict resolution.  Funded by the Reves Center for International Studies, the fellowship was established as a tribute to Harriet Mayor Fulbright, a lifelong advocate of peace, justice, international education, and cross-cultural understanding. Wife of the late Senator J. William Fulbright, Mrs. Fulbright has worked closely with the Reves Center for many years and was awarded an honorary doctorate by William & Mary in 2008.

Applications are encouraged from returning students in all majors.  Candidates for the William & Mary Summer Fulbright Fellowship must propose a summer research project that lasts a minimum of seven full-time weeks.   Projects must be international in focus, but research may be conducted overseas or domestically.
