Tuition & Fees

2019-2020 Annual Costs

Estimated, annual costs are provided below to assist undergraduate students in planning for their attendance at William & Mary. Under the terms of the W&M Promise, which took effect in the fall of 2014, in-state students are guaranteed the same annual tuition for all four years of their undergraduate education.

All other amounts such as fees, room and board, books and incidentals are an average of the current year. Note that books, travel and incidentals are not included on the student bill.

Exact costs will vary based on a student's status, room and board selections, and course of study. View a detailed (per semester) tuition and fees breakdown. View graduate tuition and fees.
