Use this form to let your counselor know of your summer enrollment plans.
If you intend to utilize financial aid for the 2021 summer term, you need to submit a 2021 Undergraduate Summer Financial Aid Application. Graduate Students should complete their 2021 Graduate Summer Financial Aid Application as soon as they know their enrollment plans. Eligibility for Summer 2021 financial aid is determined using the 2020 - 2021 FAFSA. If you have not filed the 2020 - 2021 FAFSA please make sure you do so. We encourage you to submit the summer aid application once you register for classes and keep us updated if your enrollment plans change. At a minimum, we strongly encourage you to submit the form no later than 3 weeks before the start of your program
Student's planning to only study abroad don't need to do this form. The consortium agreement with the Reves Center will be considered the application for summer aid. All students planning to go abroad must work with the Reves Center, regardless of intention to apply for/use financial aid.
Online Graduate students don't need to do this form. Online classes are set in pre-established modules of study.
