Tribe TutorZone
The Tribe TutorZone will be open during final exams as long as the tutors are still on campus. Schedule appointments at TutorZone Appointments. Fee waiver applications for students with high financial need are available at Scholarship Application
Give Me a Break: Finals Week Activities at Swem Library
Take a minute each day during final exams to recharge with these free activities at Swem! All events will take place in the first floor lobby area.

- Study Break Activities (Counseling Center), 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Tuesday, May 2
- Therapy dogs, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cart, 3 p.m.
Wednesday, May 3
- K-9 Connection therapy dogs, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. & 5-7 p.m.
Thursday, May 4
- Chair Massage (Campus Recreation), 12-2 p.m.
- Snack Break (CRH Vending & Pepsi), 4 p.m.
Monday, May 8
- Therapy dogs, 2-6 p.m.
All Week
- Relaxation station with coloring sheets, LEGO blocks and free study supplies! Earplugs will be available at the Circulation and Research desks for your studying convenience.
Swem Study Spaces
Swem Library will be open 24 hours/day on weekdays during the exam period and will have extended hours on weekends. See the Swem schedule of hours for complete details.
Cohen Career Center Study Spaces
The Cohen Center will again be offering its interview rooms as study spaces during exams. They are available in 4-hour blocks from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 1:00-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must sign up via Tribe Careers. Once you log in, click on the right hand short cut link for 'Exam Study Room Reservation', select the date you want, hit apply and interview, and sign up for the time block you want on that day. You must a resumes uploaded on Tribe Careers to sign up for a room. Please note that the building closes at 5 p.m. and no one is allowed to stay past that point. Classroom Spaces
In addition, we arranged for the following classrooms to be unlocked and available as study rooms during the times listed for each day. Please note that these classroom spaces are open to ALL students for studying and may not be reserved, either formally or informally. Your fellow students appreciate your consideration! You are welcome to use these and other rooms you may find empty at other times during the day, but please understand that you may be asked to leave if the space has been scheduled for an exam, review session, or other activity. If you find any of these rooms locked during a time when they should be available, please notify W&M Police at 1-4596.
