University Operations
University Operations supports the day-to-day management of services required to meet the university’s mission. Operations is responsible for transacting business on behalf of the university and provides leadership and direction with respect to the university’s strategic positioning. Operations leaders partner with senior leadership to shepherd the use of the university’s human, financial, physical and technological resources.
Operations leadership participates in university-wide strategic planning and is responsible jointly with the provost for the university’s budget.
