Most recently she was the Associate Vice President of Business Services & Organizational Excellence, where she promoted best-in class performance with a focus on continuous improvement.

In the Associate Vice President role, Jackie led W&M’s Auxiliary Services, Facilities Management, Supply Chain Services, and Real Estate & Strategic Space Planning. These units support the delivery of key business services on behalf of students, faculty, staff and guests of the university.

Jackie began her career at W&M as Associate Dean for Finance and Administration in the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, serving from 2015 to 2021 to lead all non-academic departments. Prior to that role, Jackie worked at George Washington University as Managing Director of Finance and Administrative for the School of Business, the Columbian College of Arts & Science and Corcoran Museum.

Jackie was previously employed by Battelle Memorial Institute, a nonprofit contract research company, where she assumed leadership across a portfolio of owned and leased locations of office and laboratory space. She identified and implemented strategies to standardize operations, procedures and shared services models across regional offices, including capital planning, staffing and operating models. Jackie was also a member of a succession planning team that identified, developed and executed Battelle’s Laboratory Operations Supervisor Academy; she was a participant in the program and participated in curriculum and simulation development.

Jackie launched her corporate career at Sterling Commerce, now part of IBM, as its Director of Finance and Administration for 100 worldwide locations. Jackie’s career has taken her around the world, exploring new cultures and environments. In every post, she focuses on uniting administrative, operational and technical expertise with financial and analytical competencies to foster innovative, inclusive and efficient workplaces where people thrive and are valued.

Jackie supports her passion for lifelong learning by teaching online graduate courses in Leadership & Executive Development and HR Analytics as an adjunct professor.
