Campus Comprehensive Plan
The Campus Comprehensive Plan is a living document that guides the use and objectives for W&M's multiple campuses, and their current and future transformations. When complete, the new Campus Comprehensive Plan will incorporate the Housing & Dining Facilities Plan (approved by the Board of Visitors in spring 2022), the Learning Spaces Plan (to be finalized in fall 2025) and the Landscape Plan (to be finalized in summer 2025).
The Campus Comprehensive Planning Committee will oversee stakeholder engagement, appropriate utilization studies and data-gathering, and then synthesize these inputs into an overarching strategic vision. It is charged with drafting a plan in advance of accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
