About
Kelebogile (Kelly) Zvobgo, Assistant Professor of Government, obtained her Ph.D. in political science and international relations from the University of Southern California. She is the first recipient of W&M’s Pre-doctoral Fellowship for Academic Diversity at the Global Research Institute and is founder and director of GRI’s International Justice Lab. Her current book project, Governing Truth: NGOs and the Politics of Transitional Justice, explains why some governments choose to adopt transitional justice institutions. Her areas of expertise include human rights, transitional justice, and international law and courts.
