We are delighted to announce that Tracy Johnson-Hall has accepted the position of Associate Clinical faculty member at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business in the Operations and Information Systems area. Tracy is an award-winning and passionate college educator, and has teaching interests in operations, supply chain management and business analytics. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (Operations and Supply Chain Management) from Clemson University, an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Environmental Engineering) from Vanderbilt University. Tracy’s research interests include quality and supply chain management, specifically sustainable food supply chains, food security, economically motivated adulteration (EMA), and organizational learning from quality failures. Her most recent publications address the value of traceability in food supply chains and factors that influence product recall effectiveness. We are happy to have Tracy begin in this role starting in Fall 2021!
