Inter- and Multi-Disciplinary Framework
William & Mary has a strong framework for uniting inter- and multi-disciplinary perspectives within the component schools. Provost Agouris seeks to further develop the structure for inter-disciplinary academic programs across each school, focusing on curriculum develop and approval, faculty hiring, shared resources, SCHEV approval and other key elements of successful interdisciplinary teaching and learning.
This collaborative effort will be led by the vice provost for academic & international affairs, in collaboration with the academic deans and faculty within multi- and inter-disciplinary academic programs and research centers.
