Creative Adaptation
During the September 2011 Board of Visitors meeting, the Board signaled the necessity for the university to engage in "creative adaptation."
In response to this, each year the Provost has issued a call for innovative cost saving and revenue generating proposals to engage and unleash the creative energy in the academic areas. Each proposal should describe creative adaptations that will improve the quality of our educational programs either directly or indirectly, by reducing costs or generating new revenues and thereby providing funds that can be reinvested in people and programs.
