Effective and productive planning and decision-making must be grounded in evidence that is accurate, transparent and accessible. To begin the process of identifying, enhancing and creating the data and analytics structures necessary to collect, interpret and explain this evidence, Provost Agouris has assembled a Data Initiative Taskforce.

Updated annually, the Provost provides information on trends in student enrollment and faculty data.

Data Trends ensures vital campus data is accessible and transparent to the community.

Additionally, the Office of Institutional Research provides accurate, timely and unbiased research-based information regarding William & Mary and its role in higher education, including some useful tools available to the public:

The Common Data Set, developed through cooperation among several major national publications and higher education organizations, provides a basis for surveys of college and universities and is used in many publications and rankings.
The Fact Book contains commonly requested data about William & Mary and serves as a reference for internal and external audiences.
