Pierre Clare

Assistant Professor of Mathematics

Pierre Clare, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Orleans, in France, then held postdoctoral positions at the University of Münster, University of Tokyo, Penn State, and Dartmouth College. His research focuses on the use of operator algebra methods in problems of representation theory, with applications in physics and number theory. He will teach beginning courses in multi-variable calculus and senior-level courses in real and complex analysis.
