BOV Financial Affairs Committee Meeting - February 12, 2021
In accordance with Va. Code § 2.2-3708.2, the Committee on Financial Affairs of the William & Mary Board of Visitors met by electronic communication means on Friday, February 12 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time. This meeting was held in accordance with Item 4-0.01.g of the 2020 Appropriation Act, which provides governing boards with the ability to hold meetings electronically without a quorum present while the Commonwealth is under a State of Emergency. The primary purpose of the meeting was to receive a briefing on and discuss financial projections and tuition recommendations.
Live audio and video streaming of open sessions was made available during the meeting.
