BOV Executive Committee Meeting - February 9, 2021

In accordance with Va. Code § 2.2-3708.2, the Executive Committee of the William & Mary Board of Visitors met by electronic communication means on Tuesday, February 9 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. This meeting was held in accordance with Item 4-0.01.g of the 2020 Appropriation Act, which provides governing boards with the ability to hold meetings electronically without a quorum present while the Commonwealth is under a State of Emergency. The primary purpose of the meeting was to receive a briefing on and discuss a potential real estate transaction. The awarding of honorary degrees was also discussed and a brief update on current campus operations was provided.
