Roxane Adler '02, W&M in Washington Program Director

Roxane Adler is the first Program Director for The College of William & Mary's W&M in Washington Program.  Roxane grew up on Long Island and earned her Bachelor's degree at Bucknell University, studying both English and Education.  From there, Roxane attended The College of William & Mary and graduated in 2002 with a Master of Education in Educational Policy, Planning, & Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration.

Before coming back to work with The College of William & Mary, Roxane was working in DC as the Director of Service-Learning and a College Counselor at Hyde Leadership Public Charter School.  Roxane is thrilled to be back with The College of William & Mary and loves working with the undergraduate students as they live, study, and work in Washington, DC!

Morgan Oakes '07, W&M in Washington Program Assistant

Photo of Morgan OakesMorgan Oakes is the second Program Assistant for the W&M in Washington Program.  In addition to working with the semester students, she will also be working for the W&M Alumni Association as a Program Assistant up in the DC office.  

Morgan graduated from William & Mary in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in both History and Economics.  As a student, she was very involved with the Student Alumni Council, Inter-Sorority Council, and her sorority, Chi Omega.  She also served as a Pre-Departure Orientation Aide for International Study and as a Student Mentor.

She enjoys spending her time working with the program students and getting to know DC!  She is also looking forward to strengthening the connections between the W&M Alumni Association and the local DC alumni.
