WCCC is open to all children regardless of race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin and gender.

• Open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays
• The Center is licensed by the State of Virginia, is NAEYC accredited, and participates in the USDA Food and Nutrition program.
• Lunch and two snacks are provided to all children. Breakfast is available until 7:30 AM.

Classroom Sizes and Staff Ratios

• Infants - 9 children - 1:3 ratio
• Toddler I - 8 children - 1:4 ratio
• Toddler II - 10 children 1:5 ratio
• Preschool I, II & III - 10 children - 1:5 ratio
• Pre-K - 18 children - 1:9 ratio
