The Division of Student Affairs at the College of William and Mary hires a
number of graduate students each year to serve as Graduate Assistants (GAs).
The following is a list of offices which are funded to support Graduate Assistants
(only some of these positions represent openings in a given academic year).
Please click on each for a detailed description of the positions and their
duties, benefits, selection criteria, etc. Each position description will
also include contact information. Feel free to contact directly any of
the offices in which you might have an interest.
GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIP FAIR 2008
All student affairs offices with anticipated GA vacancies for 2008-09 will interview
candidates at the Graduate Assistantship Fair to be held on campus in the University
Center on Monday, March 17, 2008.
We hope prospective GAs will make plans now to come and talk with us about the
opportunities available for the coming year!

students. While these are not considered assistantships (they
carry no tuition benefit) the positions are excellent professional experiences
and offer an attractive package including on-campus housing and a stipend.
NOTE: The hiring process for Residence Life positions begins in January --
these openings will not be featured at the Assistantship Fair in March.
