The TRAIN Leadership team has been established through the Office of Student Activities as a peer leadership team that will provide workshops and programs to enhance the leadership skills of the William and Mary student body.

Additionally, the TRAIN Leadership team also selects one student each month as the recipient of the Recognizing Achievement in Leadership (RAIL) Outstanding Student Leader of the Month award.
