A Few Good Questions*
Contact I.T with any other inquiries

1. How do I get into I.T.?
We hold workshops and auditions every fall, usually in september. Watch our website or look around campus for information on how to be I.T in 2006-2007!

2. Can I book I.T. for a show/workshop/hot date?
Of course you can! What good is an improv group you can't hire??? Contact any I.T. member or email improv@wm.edu for all hiring info. If we like you enough, you could wind up with a seriously hot date.

3. How many people are in I.T.?
We have no set number, although we are usually ten to thirteen strong. In 2005-2006 we were 12 strong. Sadly, we had 5 seniors graduate (silly seniors) and we have a Hannah abroad (silly Hannah). All of this means we can't wait to welcome some newbies!

4. How do you pick which games you play and who gets to play them?
Before each performance we set the show by writing down the games we feel like playing, and then take turns signing up for open slots.

5. Do you practice? Why? Aren't you an IMPROV group?
Like any good performing group, we practice regularly (at least three times a week plus shows and dinners). Yes, we are an improv group, so all of our scenes are spontaneously created, but improv is a skill that must be practiced (not "rehearsed").

6. What are those lines at the bottom of the I.T. logo? A ruler?
The founders of I.T. came up with the logo long ago at a time when the barcode was the latest and greatest in checkout technology; that's a barcode on the bottom of the letters I.T.

7. Can I bring my grandma to an I.T. show?
So long as your grandma enjoys PG-13 rated movies. I.T.'s rule is to keep our shows (relatively) clean, and play to the top of our audience's intelligence, so your grandmother will not be offended.
