• What are the main duties associated with your position:

VP Development is responsible for the selection, training, and oversight of Recruitment Counselors for 2008 Formal Recruitment. After recruitment, VP Development plans and executes the Jr. ISC program, a 5 week simulation of ISC for new members.

• What do you hope to accomplish and improve upon for the next year:

I hope to continue to select outstanding women to be recruitment counselors and to contribute to a successful formal recruitment. I would like to improve the enthusiasm and respect for the Jr. ISC program.

I have 19 first cousins!
