Up 'Til Dawn

Click here for more details on how you can stay Up 'Til Dawn.

Up 'Til Dawn is a campus wide philanthropy that raises money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. St. Jude treats children with terminal illnesses regardless of race, religion, creed or ability to pay. Fundraising and donations pay all costs associated with treatment beyond those covered by insurance. Families who have no insurance are NEVER asked to pay!

Up 'Til Dawn is a student-led organization that organizes teams of 5-7 people who raise $500 throughout the year. The Executive Board helps those people to raise their money and then the year-long fundraising effort culminates on Friday, November 8, 2002, at the Student Recreation Center with an all-night-long extravaganza. This year's theme is Hawaiian, and we will have bands, sumo wrestling, movies in the pool, team activities, and much more! So far we have over 35 teams signed up, and we're hoping to raise around $20,000. If you're interested in making a donation, forming a team, or just lending a helping hand, please e-mail updawn@wm.edu.

The Alpha Mu Chapter of Delta Delta Delta brought Up 'Til Dawn to the William and Mary campus in 2001. Our commitment to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital initiated our campaign to spread awareness for this great cause throughout the W&M campus. This philanthropic endeavor has been a great success having raised $30,000 for St. Jude's in the last two years. Our chapter continues to show great leadership as all three of Student Directors have been sisters of Tri Delta. Please support St. Jude's and our sisters, and get involved with this wonderful cause because...

HAPPINESS IS HELPING ST. JUDE'S!
