The existence and operation of the Journal shall be in accordance with the Bylaws of the College of William & Mary Publications Council. The Journal's Constitution shall not conflict with the Publication Council’s Bylaws. If the Bylaws are changed in the future and the Constitution conflicts with the changed Bylaws, the Constitution shall be modified to comply with the Bylaws.
