the Accidentals

About Us

The Accidentals, an all-female a'cappella group at the College of William & Mary founded in 1992, have been delighting audiences of all ages around the country. We all love singing, bopping and entertaining audiences with our music.

Our group performs at some of the most exciting events in the area: in the past year alone we have sang for the Queen of England during her visit to the College, performed for thousands at the halftime show during a home Tribe football game, sang with the Gentlemen of the College at the world-famous Greenbriar Resort in West Virginia, went on tour to North Carolina and so much more.

We perform several times on-campus throughout the academic year: the A'Cappella showcase performance twice a year, our Wren Ten concerts twice a year, Parent's Weekend A'Cappella Concert, various events for alumni and the Board of Visitors, fundraisers, serenades and more. We also have traveled off-campus to sing at private functions such as parties or banquets.

All our songs, ranging from classic a'cappella tunes to popular hits, are arranged by either current Accidental members or alumns. We have been lucky to perform with the Tar Heel Voices from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Choeur Du Roi from University of Richmonds, The Accidentals from University of Georgia and many more!

We hope to see you soon at one of our performances!
