For your convenience: If you would like to check out books while you're in DC, the Interlibrary Loan Office at Swem can give you a card that will entitle you to use of the libraries in the OCLC Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program. Participating libraries in the DC area include:
- American University
- Catholic University of America
- George Mason University
- George Washington University
- Georgetown University
- University of Maryland/College Park
You may also order books/materials online through Swem's Interlibrary Loan program. Books/journal articles will be delivered free of charge to the DC Office for your convenience. Find out more about this program (pdf).
For your students' convenience:
- William & Mary and George Washington University's Melvin Gelman Library have an agreement that allow W&M in Washington students full access to all library resources, except checkout privileges.
