Middle Eastern Musical Ensemble Performance

On Thursday, April 19, 2007, the W&M in Washington Program partnered with the Embassy of Spain to sponsor a concert by the William & Mary Middle Eastern Music Ensemble, led by Associate Professor Anne Rasmussen.  Also participating: 

• Guest vocalist, Cantor in the Sepherdic Tradition, Ramon Tasat 

• Commentary by W&M Professor George Greenia from the Hispanic Studies Department

This "Middle Eastern Musical Ensemble" event began and ended with a reception for area alums and Program students to mingle with the musicians.
