Congressional Fellowships on Women & Public Policy are designed to train potential leaders in public policy formation to examine issues from the persective, experiences, and needs of women. A Fellow works a minimum of 35 hours a week in a Congressional office or as a legislative aide on policy issues affecting women. Fellows meet weekly for issue seminars. Students who are currently enrolled in a master's or doctoral program at an accredited institution in the U.S. or who have completed such as program within the last 18 months are eligible.
