National Physical Sciences Consortium Graduate Fellowships in Science, Math, and Engineering

Provides up to $20,000 annually for up to 6 years to increase the number of American citizens with graduate degrees in the physical sciences and related engineering fields, emphasizing recruitment of a diverse applicant pool (95% of fellows have been minority, female, or both). Fellows may also hold a research or teaching assistantship. Fellows receive one or two paid summer internships with a government agency and are assigned a mentor. Deadline for seniors: late November.
