Full Description

The PPFA completed administration of its two surveys -- one for all W&M/VIMS professionals/professional faculty, the other for supervisors of professionals/professional faculty  -- about the performance planning and evaluation process currently works and what training would help to improve it.

There was great response to the surveys - 36.2% of professionals and 32.1% of supervisors of professionals responded. The surveys ran from November 5 through November 19, 2012.  Each professional and each supervisor received an email with the link to the survey.
