Preparing for Life as a University Student (PLUS)
Looking for something exciting and fun to do this summer? Apply to the PLUS program.
The purpose of the PLUS program is to provide a summer experience between high school and college life.
PLUS will include an academic course for credit and an opportunity to meet other incoming students. The five-week program offers an intensive academic experience and weekends filled with activities such as trips to the Holocaust Museum and Virginia Beach.
PLUS is sponsored by the College. Therefore your decision to attend the College of William and Mary provides you the opportunity to participate in the program.
PLUS 2009 will begin July 4th and end August 7th. Students must attend the program for the entire five weeks.
Application Process
To be accepted into the program, admitted first year students must pay the deposit to attend in the fall and complete the PLUS application. Note: the PLUS application period for 2009 has ended.
The students selected for the program will receive full scholarships to cover summer school tuition, summer room and board, and associated program costs.
