Inter-Cultural Appreciation Program

Exploring Cultures Together

Overview

The Inter-Cultural Appreciation Program (iCAP) is designed to bridge William & Mary's international community and non-international community by promoting an appreciation of all cultures and promoting engagement among students from different cultural backgrounds. William & Mary freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are welcome to apply.

The program will begin at the start of the Fall 2017 semester. International and non-international students will be paired together, and they will attend different campus and community events and discuss their thoughts on the events with each other. The pairings will share their discussions with an advisor periodically throughout the year. At the end of the year, each pairing will present a reflective presentation about their experience to everyone involved in the iCAP program (pdf).
