Summer Housing

Finding quality summer housing in Washington is a challenging venture — but William & Mary can help!

We do provide a limited number of apartments for rent at The Buchanan, a high-rise apartment building in Arlington, Virginia, just outside the Washington, DC city.  In summer, these are normally open to any W&M student or employee.
