Applicants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability (additionally for students -- pending a review of your judicial records.) DCSI Fellows are given preference if applications are received by February 1. Remaining spaces will be announced on February 2 and open to the wider W&M community.

Located only 3 metro stops outside of the city on the Blue/Yellow line in the heart of shopping and dining, the Buchanan is a safe and secure housing complex.  Residents live in two or three bedroom apartments.

    Parking

    *Summer residents of the Buchanan may rent a parking space in their garage for a small monthly fee.  Please contact [[roadle, Roxane Adler Hickey]] for more information.  (Please note: This is ONLY for residents - not guests or visitors!)

    * Residents' visitors/guests to the Buchanan may obtain a guest parking pass at the front desk.  Both the resident and guest should see the concierge and bring with them the car Make, Model, License plate and State information. For $5.00/night, the guest will receive a hang tag for the rearview mirror, which must be displayed for the duration of the visit.  Payment may be paid by check or money order at the time of register.  (Friday and Saturday nights are free.)  Guests may also park on the street, as there is some metered parking available, or at any of the local parking facilities.
