Responsibilities of the Committees of The Forum

Community Relations Committee

The committee shall be responsible for informing the membership of internal exchanges of news and announcements regarding Forum business.  The committee shall be responsible for publicizing the Forum's general meetings via whatever means deemed appropriate to include the Campus newspaper, memorandums, oral communications, and other forms of notice, and to conduct the general of the organization--that is, which is not a function of the recording Secretary, or to other committees.

Finance Committee

The committee shall be responsible for assisting in the management of the Forum's money and other assets.  The committee shall be responsible for performing an examination of the Treasurer's records or accounts to verify their accuracy and to make periodic reports as the Bylaws prescribe or the Executive Board or the general body may direct.

Membership Committee

The committee shall be responsible for recruiting eligible persons to join the BFSF.  A member of the committee is authorized to accept annual dues and forward the same to the BFSF Treasurer.

Executive Committee

The committee shall be responsible for recommending to the general membership an agenda of concerns to be accomplished, established in order of importance or urgency, for a one year period.  This annual list of concerns shall be in keeping with the purpose of the BFSF as stated in Article II of the Bylaws.
