As a Laboratory and Research Technician, Olga Trofimova performs a variety of duties under the guidance of the Laboratory and Research Manager. These duties include laboratory equipment setup, maintenance, and operation, as well as equipment inventory, sample preparation, and data acquisition using multiple characterization techniques. Olga also trains and supervises personnel using laboratory equipment and performs other duties as required to operate a safe and productive laboratory.
