Midterm Grades for Undergraduates via my.wm.edu and Banner Self Service

The window for Midterm Grading for the Fall 2007 term will be open from October 12 to November 2. Undergraduate students who are performing marginally or below should be assigned midterm grades during this period.

Faculty can access Midterm Grading by logging into my.wm.edu, and selecting Banner Self Service. Next select Faculty Services, and then Midterm Grades. You will then be prompted for a term and for a course. Once you select the term and course, you will see a list of the students registered in the course you selected.

Students who are performing above the marginal level do NOT need to receive a midterm grade and the grade field should be left blank. For those students who are not performing well, select a grade from the drop down box and then Submit.

The available grades for midterm are:

• MR= Marginal (D range work)
• UN= Unsatisfactory (F range work)

You should submit often as the security feature on this page will expire the page after 15 minutes of inactivity.
