1. Is your EVENT REGISTERED? ALL events must be registered prior to completing the Trip Plan. Use "Appendix A - Activity Registration" to register your event. Check current list of registered events here.
2. Is your ROSTER UPDATED? Make sure all individuals traveling & participating as club members have completed all required forms. Then, be sure to update them on your roster. Individuals NOT listed on the roster may NOT participate in club activities! Check your club's roster here.
3. Are all of your DRIVERS AUTHORIZED? Any person (club member, coach, alumnus, or friend) driving to/from official away club events must complete "Appendix D - Driver Authorization". Check current list of authorized drivers here.
