Descriptions of Services Offered

Sweedish Massage
A standard relaxation massage. Light to medium pressure is applied to the body. Highly recommended for reduction of stress, eliminating toxins and first time clients.

Reflexology
The practice of massaging, squeeaing, or pusching on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
A rigorous massage that uses heavy pressure, pressure points, tapping, kneading and long strokes that strip muscles of built-up tension and release knots.

Sports Massage
Uses firm pressure to energize muscles before an event or to work out aches and pains afterwards. It can also involve stretching and range of motion. Beneficial for athletes.

Hot Stone Massage
A type of massage where the therapist uses heated stones to massage the body. Beneficial for clients with fibro myalgia, arthritis and anyone that loves warmth.

Prenatal Massage
Offered on Monday evenings and the third Saturday of every month by appointment. No special charge.
