Participate in a wide variety of dynamic fitness classes at the College of William and Mary.
Classes are designed for beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers.
Join us throughout the year for Yoga, Kickboxing, Hip-Hop, Pilates, Step Aerobics, Cycling, CORE
and much more!

Fall fitness classes begin on Monday, September 1st.
FREE WEEK: The first week of fitness classes is FREE to all students, faculty and staff!
Come try any class you want between Monday, Sept. 1st through Sunday, Sept. 7th.
Registration is available online or at the Rec Center front desk.

If you register online, you can pick up and pay for your pass at the Rec Center Front Desk.
Fitness classes are now $5.00 per class (can be paid when you show up to take the class)
OR purchase a Fitwell Pass and take an unlimited number of group fitness classes
within the specified time period.
