Spring Break Boot Camp Challenge: Spring break is right around the corner! Are you ready? This challenging indoor/outdoor workout is guarenteed to whip you into spring break shape! Combine different running drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, and strength moves that tone and sculpt your body- just in time for Spring break! Lead by Certified Personal Trainer Devin Miller. All fitness levels are welcome and its FREE!

HardCORE Pilates for Athletes: With a pilates focused program, athletes and weight lifters have a chance to improve their posture, power, core strength, balance and flexibility, and improve range of motion, which can enhance performance. This kind of cross-training program can compliment already-existing programs, adding more benefits and a different routine to athletic training. Participants are encouraged to connect with their bodies, increasing mind/body awareness. The program will start with the “basics” of Pilates and then move to more specialized workouts to target specific concerns for specific athletic performance. All athletes welcome.

BOXING CIRCUIT TRAINING SERIES: Train like a boxer in this intense,challenging and fun-filled 4-week session. Learn how to punch with correct form and proper technique, hit target pads, engage in numerous drills, and get a great workout with the Boxing Circuit! Classes will take place on Saturdays from 2:00pm-3:15pm. Lead by Certified Fitness Instructor Dan Marshall. All levels are welcome to participate. Cost for the 4-week session is $10 per person or $15 per pair. Sign-ups will be available at the front desk in the spring. Dates TBA.

YogaFit Level II Teacher Training: Participants must have completed YogaFit Level I. Learn advanced poses, modifications and adjustments to further enhance your yoga teaching ability and experience. Register online at www.yogafit.com or call 1-888-786-3111.
