Payroll Walkthrough	Powerpoint walkthrough for payroll paperwork	Follow the instructions as guided.
VA-4	Virginia Tax Withholding	Complete entire bottom section (below the dotted "detach" line). At the bottom section (1, 2 & 3) EITHER complete lines 1 & 2 (subject to withholding) OR line 3(exempt from withholding). DO NOT DO BOTH!!! Be sure to sign & date.
W-4	Federal Tax Withholding	Complete sections 1 - 7. At the bottom section (5, 6 & 7) EITHER complete lines 5 & 6 (subject to withholding) OR line 7 (exempt from withholding). DO NOT DO BOTH!!! Remember to sign & date.
Step One	Student Employment Initiation Form	Complete parts I, II, III, and sign, date, and list your phone number in part V (your supervisor will complete part IV).
I-9	Employment Eligibility Verification	Complete all of section I. Remember to sign & date.
Confidentiality Agreement	Confidentiality Agreement	Read, sign & date.
Proof of Citizenship	Valid forms of Identification	You must provide EITHER: 1. A copy of a valid U.S. Passport OR 2. A copy of a Driver's License AND Social Security Card
