Robert H. Trice, Jr.


Mr. Trice holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary and Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He also attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Robert H. Trice is Senior Vice President, Business Development at Lockheed Martin Corporation, responsible for worldwide new business strategies and operations.  From November 1996 to October 1998, he served as Corporate Vice President, International Business.  He joined Lockheed Martin in 1996 from General Dynamics Corporation, where he was Vice President – International. Prior to that he served six years as Vice President/General Manager for Business Development at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace.

Mr. Trice is the author of numerous works on American foreign policy and defense industrial issues. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and past Chairman of the International Council of the Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Trice currently serves as First Vice President of the Board of Advisors for the Thomas Jefferson Program in Public Policy.
